Personality
ABAS is best described as mass of contradictions. On the one hand, the creature is curious and quite intelligent, far beyond what one would expect given his appearance. Whether it is because of his short time alive or a simple preference, ABAS absorbs all forms of knowledge like a human would water and food. There is no field of knowledge that ABAS would consider "useless" or "pointless" to learn, and any showing of new information will likely be met with great interest. In extreme cases, the bio-android can even get quite violent if it means learning a new skill or interesting factoid.
However, this is not to suggest ABAS is some pacifistic scholar or someone who overly debates the ethics of their actions. The biological imperative of absorption written into his very DNA drives him to adapt, overcome, and consume. This makes ABAS come off as extremely pragmatic, even blunt. The bio-android does not apologize for pursuit of things he wants, and wouldn't feel remorse if he needed to sacrifice people to get them. This is not to say he is some sadistic mass murderer, but simply that the bio-android has not been taught any reason why such actions are "bad". In his mind, strength begets choice. If he is stronger than someone, then there is no reason he shouldn't take what he wants.
Of course, such discussion is sort of a moot point for the moment. The limiters placed on his biology and cognition by Earth's government will utterly prevent him from damaging Earth and his people, in any way. This rule is so strong that, without authorization to act, he cannot physically harm a pure human unless said human is trying to kill him or others. While, for now, ABAS obeys such conditioning out of a strange sense of gratitude for his existence, it is inevitable such things will begin to chafe.
However, it has to be said that ABAS has only been alive for a year. No matter how fast he learns or how mentally old he is, there are certain facets of the bio-android that have not had time to develop. ABAS is impressionable and naive, often taking what people say as fact rather than looking for anything deeper. His sense of morality rests of a knife's blade, easily tiltable toward light or darkness depending on the experiences he gains.
In addition, there is something...deeper in ABAS. Despite the charge of protecting Earth, he feels a profound lack of purpose. All other beings have things they want, and goals to pursue. Aside from his hunger and pursuit of knowledge, ABAS doesn't really have anything. It is like a piece of him, some essential core drive, was destroyed long ago....

History
ABAS' story begins not on earth, but thousands of years ago in a galaxy ablaze with war.
It was the end of an era for the Cephylite Imperium. A civilization once stretching across an entire galaxy, with technologies and weapons that made them all but gods, was nothing in the face of entropy. Fed up with its millennia of dominance, a coalition of the Cephylites' and defeated foes had banded together to launch a massive attack across known space. What made it worse was that it was not warships or titanic orbital station that brought them low, it was people. There was simply nothing they could do against single individuals with the power to destroy continents with the flip of a hand, that could pry apart deflector shields with their bare hands. The Imperium fought viciously for every inch, but in the end, the conclusion was inevitable. Planet by planet, the Cephylites were stamped out like vermin, until only their homeworld of Cephylos remained.
Sensing the end, the Cephylites initiated their final failsafe. What remained of their military threw themselves into enemy lines in a suicidal frontal charge, buying time for a hundred colony ships to be blindly launched into deep space. Even with the distraction, most of the ships were destroyed, with only a few heavily damaged survivors remaining to carry their cryogenically suspended crew away from the destruction.
The ships traveled for years, eventually arriving in an entirely new galaxy. As part of an automated survey initiative, dozens of bio-drones were dispersed across the stars in specially designed pods. These biological machines were designed to crash on a prospective planet, awaken, and consume as much biomass as possible. If there was sufficient biomass to support Cephylite life, the bio-drone would eventually evolve into a sort of biological antenna, signaling the colony ships to land and revive the Cephylite people.
Unfortunately, Survey Drone #1241254 malfunctioned. When it's pod crash landed in the Northern Mountains of Earth, the pod didn't release its contents. Whatever the reason, the commotion soon attracted the attention of Earth's government. Officials soon moved the pod to a USD research division, curious what this strange device's intentions were. With enough time and a lot of frustration, Survey Drone #1241254 was eventually freed from it's metal prison.
That was when the government and USD discovered the true value of the drone. To put it bluntly, #1241254 was a complete biological blank slate. Some careful testing revealed that it could assimilate and adapt to almost any biological input provided, taking on the strengths of the subject organism. The USD had encountered other Bio-Androids before, sure. But those tended to have a dominant trait or two at their conception. If regular bio-androids were a painting, #1241254 was a blank canvas. With enough time and study, the potential applications of cloning #1241254's cells were almost limitless.
Unfortunately, the universe was never at peace for long. As Age 980 dawned, 70 years of relative peace exploded into violence. The attack of the Sayian Athren. The ravages of Majin Liari. The sheer death toll from the endless fights exploding across the entire planet. It was simply too much for the government to handle, forcing them to rely on the goodwill of individual warriors to protect the Earth. It was an unbearable situation for Earth's government, one that had to be rectified.
In collaboration with the Red Ribbon Army, Earth's government decided to weaponize #1241254 now termed Project ABAS. Several biological and mental shackles were installed into the bio-morph, ensuring that it could never turn against its creators. Then, taking advantage of #1241254's properties, they injected it with the DNA of some of the strongest fighters around. Sayian DNA to allow it to grow rapidly, samples of the Majin Liari to allow for the same physics-defying regeneration and biology manipulation. And to tie it together, the mental and processing capabilities to take full advantage of such unique gifts.
Awakening at the sudden influence of biomass, ABAS awoke from it's slumber. Although the memory of its original purpose was deleted due to it's pod malfunction, there was no denying that the bio-android was very intelligent and very hungry. Within days, it had learned to communicate with its handlers, and began to grow in strength at a rapid rate. Now, the government seeks to improve ABAST, sharpening it as the ultimate weapon...

Techniques
[C1OT1]Strike of Evolution- By exploiting his innate physiology and Majin gifts, ABAS morphs one of his limbs into a large scythe-like blade which he infuses with a high amount of ki. If the opponent is not careful, this is easily capable of severing limbs if not cutting someone in half entirely. [PHYSICAL]
[OT1]Bio Bomber- ABAS throws out two energy spheres, one colored red, the other blue. The spheres orbit each other for a time, then smash into each other to form a massive purple orb of energy that he sends flying at opponents. [ENERGY]
[OT2]Evolved Bio Bomber- An improvement on the original Bio Bomber technique. Not only does ABAS simply infuse the initial spheres with more energy, but he also throws out two more, causing the purple orb to drastically increase in size and potency[ENERGY]
[DT1]Motion Blur-By rapidly shedding his skin into a cicada-like shell, and accelerating to an extremely high speed, ABAS attempts to trick his opponent into believing he was destroyed while in actuality appearing behind them.
[ST1]Telepathy- From the moment he awoke, ABAS has always been capable of making telepathic connections with others. This ability allows him to communicate with one other person at a time by projecting his thoughts directly into their mind within a short range. If he really pushes it, he is also capable of some basic emotion and intention detection, but any complex thoughts or memories are beyond his reach.

Roleplay Sample
"All personnel evacuate the field. I repeat all personnel.."
The computerized voice echoed out across the icy expanse, accompanied by a blaring klaxon that caused ABAS to wince a bit. The humans did seem to love their noises that edged right on the precipice of being a sonic attack. Nevetheless, the bio-android stood stock still as the scientists and technicians retrieved their equipment, removing electrodes and measuring devices from his spindly form. In the distance, red lights flashed above a bunker, where ABAS knew the fragile humans hid. While the government didn't expect him to possess even a tenth of the power of his gene-donors, they also saw no reason not to be cautious.
Dismissing the tangent from his mind, ABAS turned his beady eyes across the testing field, where another lone figure stood. The android (a KB-2 model, codenamed "Ki Buster" if ABAS remembered correctly) was humming to life in anticipation of the contest to come. ABAS still found it odd that androids, being his "cousins" in a sense, did not possess a psionic signature for him to interact with. Without a judge on his opponent's emotions and strategies, it felt....odd to be pitted against it. Though, he supposed that was the point.
"Begin combat test in 3....2....1..."
The second the count reached zero, ABAS sprinted across the field at inhuman speeds, leaping at his foe much like a panther would it's prey. The android, clocking the wildly telegraphed charge, stepped it's right foot inside and slammed a bone-shattering uppercut into ABAS's jaw. The bio-android was sent flying backwards, only to be met with a storm of blows as the android showed little mercy. ABAS blocked and countered the best he could, but his theoretical knowledge of combat only extended so far. His rote, inflexible attack pattern was easily read by the android's onboard AI, and it was only ABAS's superior power and speed that let him keep up. Something had to give.
Suddenly, ABAS's hand roiled and twitched, morphing into a scythe-like blade extending a foot or so from his wrist. With a quick flick, a massive gash was torn across the android's front, spilling sparks and oil across the newly fallen snow. The android tried to retreat from ABAS's clumsy (yet incredibly deadly) swipes, only to be slammed into a nearby cliff by ABAS's whip-like kick. Angered now, ABAS flared his power, unleashing a blast of raw ki that not only erased the android, but most of the hill it was standing behind in a surge of untamed ki.
Inside the bunker, officials murmured and made notes on clipboards, staring at the readings dancing on their consoles. One of them, a woman in a sharp suit, exhaled a breath of cigar smoke. "Project ABAS has the raw power required, but not the polish. He needs something beyond our capability to teach. Tell Command we are going ahead with the plan." She said, calling up a picture of a picturesque village on a nearby monitor...
